Wholesale drug distributors operating in Oklahoma must obtain an annual license from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy, with a separate license required for each physical facility. Oklahoma requires non-resident distributors shipping into the state to hold both an Oklahoma license and a valid license from their home jurisdiction.

The Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy (OSBP) regulates wholesale drug distributors under Title 63 O.S. § 63-1-1119 and Oklahoma Administrative Code § 535:20-7-3 through 535:20-7-4. Title 63 O.S. § 63-1-1119 requires manufacturers, wholesalers, and brokers of drugs to obtain an annual license from the Board.
